Service

BuildPlane provides AI-assisted cloud architecture diagram generation, editing workflows, and project organization tools. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when necessary.

Your Content and AI Outputs

You retain ownership of prompts, diagrams, project information, and other content you submit. You grant BuildPlane the rights needed to host, process, display, export, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.

AI-generated architecture diagrams, descriptions, scores, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your environment. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, threat modeling, cost analysis, compliance review, and production readiness before relying on any output.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or malicious activity.
• Do not submit malware, secrets, stolen data, regulated personal data, or content you do not have rights to process.
• Do not disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or exceed applicable rate limits.
• Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, export control, or data protection laws.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, user interface, design, branding, logo, documentation, and other BuildPlane materials are owned by BuildPlane or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of our platform or brand assets.

Cloud provider names, service marks, product names, icons, APIs, websites, and other third-party materials remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

BuildPlane is an informational drafting tool and is not a substitute for professional architecture, security, legal, compliance, financial, or operational review.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildPlane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Enforcement and Termination

We may throttle, block, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, operate the service, or address violations of these terms.
